How much does it cost to advertise here?
There are three packages available to advertise your property for rental, sale or as a holiday on Devon Houses R Us. These are the Bronze Package, the Silver Package, and the Gold Package. Details on the prices of these packages can be found by clicking here.

What happens if I am already with an Estate Agent (Sole Agent)?
DevonHousesRus is not an Estate Agent, but an advertising tool. As such we are not acting as an estate agent, and you will NOT be breaking any contracts by using this site to sell your property privately. In reality it is the same as placing an advert in your local paper.

Is it ok to use an Estate Agent at the same time?
By all means. This will maximise your exposure ensuring you achieve the best price. It is not really necessary in today’s technology climate, but yes, both Internet Private House Selling and Estate Agent can work together.

How do I value my property?
To help you value your property, if you are not sure, we can offer assistance and help to obtain the prices of similar properties that have sold in your area. We will be using the same sourcing as Estate Agents to value your property. This will help in your valuation. The general rule when valuing your home is to be honest in your value and to be happy with it. If you wish to have assistance please email us and we will investigate for you.

Do I legally need an Estate Agent or Letting Agent?
Estate Agents do not have any legal function. They provide a service to introduce buyers to sellers and tenants to landlords - nothing more.

How many photos can I display on my advert?
Up to 6 photos can be displayed on a single advert. We also offer FREE adverts which are limited to a single photo and a small amount of description text. Simply email your photos and text to us at enquiries@devonhousesrus.com and we will upload your information to the site.

What happens if I don’t have the property pictures in an electronic format?
By all means post them to us, and we will scan them in and upload them to the site. We will return the original photos provided you include a SAE. Please use our enquiry form.

Can I send a paper application by post?
Yes, of course. Simply print off our postal application form, fill it in, enclosing your photo(s) and payment and post it to us. Please see the Advertise Here page for pricing details.

How do I pay?
Simply send a cheque, made payable to Devon Houses R Us. Please contact us for our postal address. Please see the Advertise Here page for pricing details.

Can I change my advert after it is published?
Of course. This can be done at any time. Just send us your changes quoting your Property ID number. We will notify you with any price changes.
